Tunnel technique for recession coverage low insicor

In Soft Tissue Enhancement
Low incisor recessions are generally considered as more difficult to cover. In the majority of cases there is no attached gingiva and strong lip pull. Howie has posted VISTA technique, the technique that I recently also apply as the first choice. However, in my experience if CTG is used and there is no tension, CAF and tunnel technique work equally predictable. Tunnel technique means that incisions are sulcular and the tissue is split. If the tissue is thin I wouldn`t bet that it´s split flap, rather full flap. It means, this presented case with tunnel technique as many other in thin tissue patients is rather full thickness with solely sulcular incisions.

Beautiful result Snjezana! After seeing Zucchellis' CT harvest technique (de epitelized free gingival graft) recently on the DentalXP site, I have completely changed the way I harvest. In my hands bilaminar techniques are very unpredictable, sometimes getting terrible quality tissue comprised mainly of adipose tissue. What is your opinion on this? Thanks!!

Thanks, Andony.
For the reason of low morbidity I prefer single incision technique. If the tissue is adipose, the graft is going to be adipose...
It`s good to hear from you again
