how many mm of maxilla avance do you perform for the case? and do you have the RX Ceph?

Dear Vladimir, Thank you for the compliments, Maxilla was advances in 5-6 mm'. Yes we do have Pre and Post Ceph. I will add the end results after the prosthodontic will prepare the final rehabilitation. Devorah
