Nice result. How did you contain the bone graft with a missing schniderian membrane? Hope to see you at the Dentalxp Global Symposium in Florida next month. regards Dr. Salama

Doc, Sorry for the delay in response. The technique being unusual, I thought it was never posted.
I have used the bone graft from company called Exactech. It is sticky and can be packed well in the cavity without dislodging. This particular material does not dislodge any bone particles in sinus cavity.
