Devorah; Great surgical skills on display as always. Nice to stage the treatment. Did you consider adding CTG at Stage 1 or 2? How do you plan on managing the flap and soft tissue concerns at uncovering? Thanks again Maurice

Sure! CTG will be performed at time of implants placement, 6 months after bone grafting. Six months later implants will be exposed with apically positioned flap.
