Bone deficiency in the aesthetic zone presents hard and soft tissue challenges. We need to reconstruct the ridge in order to place an implant and at the same time preserve the soft tissue contour and the papilla. In the following case after removal of the ankylotic incisive, a minimally invasive surgical augmentation using Augma Bond Apatite bone cement was performed according to bone cement protocols to reconstruct the large bone deficiency and preserve the papilla.
