Patient referred from other office presenting tooth and palatal bone fracture at tooth #11, with a Not good economical situation, living out of city, making distance a problem for dental treatment. Will be describe how the tooth extraction, bone and tissue grafting was made. Prf membrane to improve and accelerate healing. Natural tooth as provisional. Periostium stimulation at healing process. implant placement... and finally referred to the prosthodontics .

nice video and treatment.
would U please elaborate about the process of periosteal stimulation that increased the ginghival hight and contour. what are u doing exactly, just peircing with a needle ? what gauge ? when do u think that this approach can be used ?
