Great result on the end. But why you performed delayed implantation on 45 site? On my opinion and experience, you can do it immediately and save three months waithing period and one more operation.

Thank you but in this case I preferred to not take risks for the reason I had thin crest in the lingual-buccal section (the tooth was rotated) and the buccal wall was very thin, not mentioning the mental nerve.
