25 years old female with history of cleft lip and palate presented with existing bridge #9-11 and missing # 10, patient's main interest to have new "white" smile, Pt denied any surgical options at this time, treatment included retreatment of RCT # 9 with fiber post, and new Zircon bridge with minimal occlusal contact. pt understands the risk associated with such treatment option and possible need for surgery in the future (bone and implant).
Minimal preparation (0.3 mm) for teeth # 4-8 and 12-13 for emax veneers (BL 2) cemented with translucent resin cement
