Great video clip. How do you maintain tissue thickness on harvest and on de-epithelialization? Many thanks Dr. S

Thank you Maurice. I try to visualise the thickness, by having a good hemostase and by using a blade wide enough (15 ). The epithelial layer is 0.3 mm thick, so i think one can manage to harvest a graft of sufficient thickness.
