Emergency Socket Shield in A Bruxer Women: Final Result at Six Months.

Posted on By Vincenzo Foti In Implants

Bruxer women 83 years old, in anticoagulant therapy, with horizontal fracture of tooth #10. In the past SS on site #6 for the same gnathological reason. SS on site #10. Entire apex removing. Implant 3x15 mm, no graft inside the buccal gap, immediate loading with screw-retained polycarbonate crown. After 6 months, final restoration with screw-retained ceramic-zirconia crown. Notice the same shape of the provisional and final restoration. The original buccal plate volume has been preserved.
