Densah Sinus Lift V-Lift

In Sinus Augmentation
Patient presented with missing maxillary right first molar. The residual ridge height was 8.5 mm. Densah drills were used to lift the sinus floor, and allowed for the placement of a 4.8 x 11 mm implant.
The Densah drills lifted the sinus floor through the osseous densification process. The bone was compacted and pushed apically. The movement of the drills and forces delivered were much better controlled than the conventional osteotome method.

Well done...I often find these cases to be a bit more challenging as you have more crestal bone to drill through...but it works perfectly here in your hands. OD works well in this indication. Regards Dr. Salama

nice job I guess the 64,000 $ question would be ?? Is the 11.5 mm better over 10-15 years than a 8.5mm implant?
