In Bone Grafting
case which required ridge expansion , indirect Densah lift and had ridge deficiency, managed by nearby sinus bony window which was harvested without disturbing the schneiderian membrane and subsequently used to augment the exposed threads and the buccal plate, for better emergence profile.
