In Bone Grafting
Dear friends, to forget for one moment the coronavirus pandemic, I show you this case with 6 months of follow-up. Woman 40 years old. Severe bone loss in the first quadrant after implant failure and implant malposition in the second quadrant. I performed 3d reconstruction of first quadrant by autologous/collagenized porcine graft 1:1. Only heterologous graft in the second quadrant. I' m really optimist about a good result of function and aesthetic with my F.I.R.S.T. approach that in my hands is predictable, simple and less invasive, as I've demonstrated in several cases. Best regards to all!
