Interesting approach...I do not have great success with OD in this area of the mouth. regards Dr. Salama

Thank you for the nice documentation, i think a 2 stage approach would give the patient a better result in these cases, don't you think?

Thank you I was going for a delayed implant and then I did change the plan during the surgery for the reason the implant was in a correct prosthetic position. In this case I don't see a better result for the patient performing two stages, it could be better if I was inserting the implant in a wrong position. The soft tissue will be managed at the re-entry surgery, as for the 2 staged approach. Regards
