Nice result. Can you explain how you create the contour subgingivally? How do you decide when to provisionalize?
Thanks Dr. Salama

First i prepated the extracted tooth like laminate veneer prep, than fixed it to the temporary coping with flowable composite. I tried to create it with a rubberdam intraorally but it was not easy to manipulate. So i gave up and created the remaining parts with flowable composite outside, manually. My main goal was to create a plug on the graft in the coronal region.

Insertion torque was about 45 Ncm.
Since we planned instant loading, we chose the implant type accordingly, but despite everything, we informed the patient that we may not be able to load immediately.

Thank you very much for your comment and interest in my post Dr. Salama

Wow, that's nice. I don't have any experience with cosmetic dentistry two years before. I had my tooth extracted two years ago and am terrified of undergoing the procedure again because it was the first time. My dentist(https://www.bloorwestsmiles.com/dental-services/cosmetic-dentistry-toronto/) explained everything and proved there was nothing to fear throughout this procedure. These details benefit patients like me who are about to undergo the process.
