In Soft Tissue Enhancement
72 year old female requesting implants in the 3-4 region. She lacks keratinized and attached tissue in the facial region. Very difficult to get a quality photo of the area so apologize for those pictures. Can this case be done with just connective tissue? Is a free ginigval graft along with connective tissue a better option? Could ACDM be used here? Soft tissue enhancement prior to implant placement or at un-covering?

Apically positioned flap with or without additional collagen on buccal; easy, minimally invasive, effective for this site in my opinion would be the best.
