In Soft Tissue Enhancement
After performing a bone augmentation. The location of soft tissues is altered. If we want to maintain our implants and bone level around the neck of the implant in a predictable way. We must correctly handle the tissues. Below is a case of a woman in her 70s for an increase in keratinized gum by performing a variant of the free gingival graft. After apical replacement of the lining of the lining, we repair a free gingival graft of size 1x3x30mm that we apically suture. Its small size limits its sinking and prevents cell proliferation of the mucosa. Thanks to Mucograft, we recover a larger amount of keratinized rubber surrounding the implants.
Dedicated to my friend and mentor Itsvan.
Thank you,
Emilio Rodríguez
