62 years healthy non-smoker lady come to the office in order to reconstruct the right side of the lower jaw by implants and fixed prosthetic. The treatment plan was to extract tooth 29 (45) 31( 47) and to perform augmentation of socket preservation and ridge reconstruction during the extraction time, while in a second stage after 3 months to place the implants .wait for additional 3 months and finalize the prosthetic at this stage.
During the treatment after extraction of the tooth and site evaluation a part of the buccal plate in 29(45) was missing and tooth 31(47) presented a large 3D defect.

A good indication for a bone cement and this one is extremely easy to work with and responds nicely when exposed. Dr. S

I used BA for the 1st time clinically today-nothing as adventurous as this case though!
. I really loved the ease and handling. I wish I had a bit more working time though.
I sectioned and removed 16/#3 today, with a low sinus but no exposure. Curetted, placed BA, covered with collagen and did a cross suture. I wish my PRF kit had arrived in time to use it.
I am looking forward to the uncovery and implant placement.
