In Sinus Augmentation
Friday fun!
Pt presented with root tip in sinus.
Key is to center the tooth as eventual perforation will occur amongst extraction.
Easier to repair if sinus perforation is centered.
Sometimes suturing membrane is possible but always cover with membrane to ensure complete repair.
Happy lifting!!!!

Great job Isaac! Are you planning to insert implants on zone also? If not necessary to graft on sinus would you have done such procedure?or just suturing will be enough? Regards and good to see you at Scottsdale Jorge
