This case it's a 2,5 years journey to resolve an aesthetical problem caused by a very bad implant rehabilitation on the tooth 11 done by other colleague 1 year before. The patient its a young woman (39 years old) and she was having psychological problems because of it .This case was stated about 9 years ago. I started the treatment from a very very bad aesthetical situation in terms of bone and gengiva. First I had to take the old, badly positioned implant and reconstruct the missing bone. 6 months after I did the implant surgery and after that I took almost 2 years trying to reconstruct the soft tissue and trying to give back to the patient the most aesthetic look possible for her smile.

Initial state
old Implant removal

new implant
Tuberosity graft
