Replacing TWO adjacent mandibular anterior implants, 2 or 1?

Hello.
I have a patient that was involved in a bike accident and #23 and #24 needed to be removed and grafted.
I'm at the implant planning stage. What would be more ideal placing two narrow implants or one implant w/ one normal crown and a cantilever?
I've attached the current guided plan w/ the narrow implants.
