Immediate Full Arch with Immediate Loading with Ritter Spiral Implants performed by Marko Tadros and I all in-house designs and printed guides and PMMA. A new process for the FP1 and FP2 patients transitioning from teeth to Implants. Thoughts and comments welcome. Dr. Salama

Amazing, was this a shell provisional with a direct pickup? Congrats on this amazing concept.

No shell...prefabricated and fully guided provisionally connected through lateral set pins.

Woooww incredible results congratulations!!! I was wondering the reason to submerge the teeth and not preserve them, they dont look to have CAL on the photo of the flap, and the pano they show a good lenght... Incredible results and performance!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Great question. Patient has history of severe decay and dry mouth due to meds so saving teeth a greater risk. Also additional cost of post and crowns. Also, the desire to SPLINT case would be broken by intermittent teeth. Always a tough call we do not take lightly here. Regards Dr. Salama
