This is the end result of a deep underbite and haphazard chewing ( bones, rocks, tennis balls, sticks etc.. ) As important is the trauma caused by the mal allignment of Max and Mand incisors. Notice photo 4 the wearing defect present on the R Mand Canine ( lingual ) caused by the lateral Max incisor...
This condition is problematic and the patient continually tries to alleviate the pain by more trauma. Vicious cycle.

Tx: Extract the teeth ( very challenging ), osteoplasty to flatten the ridge, and augmentation of the site. Implants planned in 6 months J Kidding
Just comfort is our hope...
