Jason; Please try to add bite images cropped of LEFT and RIGHT sagital views that will show us the molar and canine classification. I would suggest photo retractors in the future.
Here I see too little to offer anything more than what you have suggested. Correct posterior bite collapse and crossbite, create space where needed, upright roots to allow for future implant placement. regards Dr. Salama
