This case shows a different new approach in treating peri-implantitis effectively. The case its an extreme peri-implantitis case, with a lost of almost 2/3 in vertical bone, in one implant supporting a 2 implants/3 teeth bridge. This is the report of that treatment since the beginning until the conclusion after 6 months. The case have now a positive follow-up of 1 year.
