In Bone Grafting
I have an enquiry for simultaneous sinus lifting with lateral ridge augmentation
while I was fixing a membrane using autotac system to close lateral sinus window, the tac broke the thin sinus wall and become dislodged in the sinus,
so is there any advice so that I can avoid this happening again?
Best regards,
Omar

Always important to "know" the thickness of the lateral sinus wall before Sx and the location of potential pain sites. Also, since the walls are often THIN, I do NOT utilize autotack systems....only hand mallet and softly tap. Good luck
