In Bone Grafting
Hello all,
Lady age 52, come for anterior implant for missing left central incisor, a bone examination there was a labial defect with some signs soft tissue inflammation.
Treatment plan:
-was reflecting a flap and avoiding the neighboring teeth soft tissue was curated from bone.
-Digital x-Ray revealed that bone a communicated 13 mm implant.
-Implant was inserted bone graft was added labially retained by a collagen membrane which was fixed by three tenting screws
-Suturing was done and patient left without a temporary for two weeks removable temporary will be provided for the patient
