In Soft Tissue Enhancement
67 yo female worried about recession defects. Has explored different grafting options but is not interested in any procedure requiring the use of a a palatal donor site. Options for her? She was asking if the pinhole technique is an option. The facial defects are at the same level as the interproximal bone.

No Pinhole...just classic CTG Tunnel with ACDM (no palatal donor) plus PRF and CAF (coronally advanced flap). After 6 months repair erosion defects if needed with glass ionomer reinforced composite resin. Regards Mo

Thanks. I'm not familiar with the pinhole technique. Does it work and if so where is it a viable technique?
