Marvelous combination of bone & titanium plates. I like the contour effect of ti bar on palate- was this 1.5 plate? Fixed with single screw on either side?
Gingival graft on crest or interpositonal ? What is your interim prosthesis and final prosthetic plan.

Richard; Thanks, This is the FAST Ti-plate System from Choukroun. Bendable plates, secured with screws on either side. Interim prosthesis is Essix vacuformed matrix. Long term plan is one implant and pontic with potential pink if needed. Thnx Mo
