In Bone Grafting
Khoury Plate & FGG Augmentation of Mandibular Anterior Region in patient with a Type 3+ Vertical and Horizontal defect with scarring and inadequate KT and vestibular depth. First augmentation with FGG, then 3 months later autogenous bone plates for bone augmentation, 5 months later implant placement with Ritter Spiral Implants and then fixed hybrid restoration with artificial gingiva. Comments and thoughts welcomed.

Thank you for the kind words. Most importantly, I believe in these 3D ridge defects is where autologous bone is most warranted in some form. regards Dr. Salama
