Khoury Plate & FGG Augmentation of Mandibular Anterior Region in patient with a Type 3+ Vertical and Horizontal defect with scarring and inadequate KT and vestibular depth. First augmentation with FGG, then 3 months later autogenous bone plates for bone augmentation, 5 months later implant placement with Ritter Spiral Implants and then fixed hybrid restoration with artificial gingiva. Comments and thoughts welcomed.

dr salama free gingival graft was just after khoury technique?/vestibuloplasty also along with it?
