Hello All
Patient presented to our office, in his mid 50 , will built and healthy .
Requesting restoration of few missing teeth in both jaws.
Plan was done to insert 3 implants in upper, and 5 implants in lower jaws, we kindly requested CBCT because he wanted the surgery done immediately .
CBCT indicated multiple pathological lesions ranging, from few ml to more than one cm, in both upper and lower jaws.
Patient requested a complete insertion upper and lower in same visit.
We had a difficult task, in dealing with a very uncooperative, and extremely sensitive person.
But we were able to insert implants, graft pathologies, and finished case with some temporary restoration.
Thoughts and comments are welcomed
