In Implants
This is a case of implant surgery with crestal sinus lift using the Magnetic Mallet by Osseotouch. The first picture attached illustrates the baseline and the overall project for implant insertion. In the second picture I managed to include a slideshow of photos showing how the surgery is carried out, therefore a case of implant insertion with crestal sinus lift using the Magnetic Mallet device. As Biomaterial I decided to go for Xenograft and Fibrine Sealant. In the third image a second stage surgery is showed, with osteoplasty to insert 1A1T conometric abutments at 6 months. The last picture finally shows the Temporary Crowns with conometric retention on 1A1T chair side.

Thank you Maurice. In this case I've used a 3mm diameter trephine to create the "cylinder" and directly with the 360 osteotome to the 4-5mm length with level 2 and 3 of power. Some xenograft appositions at the same length and the implants finally. Here are the pictures I took yesterday for the final prosthesis. Regards

I recently underwent an implant surgery with a crestal sinus lift using the Magnetic Mallet technique and it was a great success. The Magnetic Mallet made the procedure much more comfortable and less invasive, resulting in minimal swelling and discomfort during recovery. I highly recommend this technique for anyone considering dental implants with a crestal sinus lift.
