Implant-prosthetic rehabilitation on a patient suffering from systemic fragility

In Implants
The patient asked to replace the removable partial upper prosthesis with a prosthesis fixed on implants. The patient has two implants affected by peri-implantitis.
In agreement with the patient, we suggested the extraction of all the dental elements of the upper arch, of the two implants in the right upper arch, with the simultaneous insertion of 8 implants that will support an immediate loading prosthesis.
The preparation of the 8 implant sites was performed exclusively with the Magnetic Mallet, according to the bone-condensation technique.
The combination of laser-assisted techniques with the use of the Magnetic Mallet, atraumatic in the extraction maneuvers even on osseointegrated implants and capable of promoting better integration thanks to osseo-condensation, enabled to carry out the implant-prosthetic rehabilitation in absolute tranquility.
Any thoughts on this case? Would you have done things differently?

On considering the systemic fragility of the patient it was decided to put 8 implants, in order to have a long-term survival of the rehabilitation.
