In type 3 socket defects, the ideal procedure is preservation, with guided bone regeneration and connective grafting, to then place the implant and its subsequent provisionalization. In this case, all the procedures described in the same appointment were performed. The results were as expected, where lost volumes were recovered. Due to the complexity of the case, the provisional ones were maintained for more than one year. The last photographs are recent, being able to observe the stability of soft tissues.
