Need more pics and radiograph. Would 1st scale and RP and check occlusion. Then more than likely CTG here. Dr. Salama

You're right. The patient went through 6 years of ortho only to end up with an anterior open bite with occlusion only on molars. Here's a radiograph, not the best quality...

All techniques with CTG would work if properly done, the site prepared and patient instructed and motivated in OHI. Lateral pedicle flap with CTG or additional pediculated periosteum would be a nice treatment choice. And patient should be informed that only partial coverage is possible.
