In Occlusion
mid 40s female
Maxillary posteriors have supraerupted and maxillary anterior has altered passive eruption, and mandibular posterior ridge deficient mostly horizontally.
Treatment plan:
Extraction maxillary posteriors with alveolerplasty and preservation.
Mandibular posteriors ridge augmentation
Esthetic CL #6-12
implants #2-5,13-15, 18-20, 29-31
Any thoughts on case?
