In Bone Grafting
A young patient presented upon referral with a severe 3D horizontal & vertical defect in the mandibular anterior region. Lack of vestibular height, KT and muscle attachment as well as knife edge ridge for future implant replacement. The Tx plan was broken into 3 parts. Part 1. FGG Part. 2 Khoury Plate Autogenous Bone Augmentation Part. 3. Implant Placement with standard Ritter Spiral Implants. Thoughts? Observations? Dr. Salama
