61 yo male, non smoker
The patient was suffering pain because of a fracture of the #13 (6) which can’t be seen without cbct.
Due to the height of the ridge, we decided to perform an immediate implant placement after flap-less extraction.
The socket was filled with Bond Apatite and covered by a collagen sponge. The bone graft will help us to keep the width of the ridge.
Provisional denture with no contact and no pressure will help the patient to smile during the next 4 months.
