CRESTAL SINUS LIFT PERFORMED WITH MAGNETIC MALLET

By Fabio Filannino
In Sinus Augmentation
Another case entirely performed with the magnetic-dynamic technology of the Magnetic Mallet. Woman of 60 years old, implants positioned after 2 months after extraction of the teeth, with crestal approach sinus lift, without drilling and without using any bone graft. Very good primary stability and immediate healing abutment. The use of the Magnetic Mallet does not generate any heat therefore no irrigation is needed during the surgery.
