Chronic sinusitis was detected during CBCT exam and ENT consultation was made.

After 2 weeks of intensive antibiotic therapy, ENT department allowed for sinus lift operation.

External lift and the implant were placed in the same session and waited for 6 months.

CGF mixed xenograft was used. Pre-op and 6 months later CBCT sections are attached.
