Young lady presents to office in her 30's. Lesion discovered when patient presented for implant consultation for #18. Patient has been under observation for radiopaque lesion around mesial-lingual root of tooth #19 for last 3 years. Area has been asymptomatic up until 4 months ago. Symptoms consist of: intermitted ache when chewing. Patient is a bruxer and does not wear an occlusal guard. Lesion seems to be growing. Suspect compression on the mandibular nerve. Please provide any suggestions/recommendations how to proceed. Thank you.
