Bilateral Sinus Augmentation:
1)Right Side Lateral Approach (Residual Bone Height 2mm):
Repair membrane tear by suturing membrane through bone to lateral wall, Obtain good seal and membrane movement during breathing, Then placed L-PRF, Collagen membrane fixated with 3mm fixation screw to lateral wall, Proceeded with Implant Osteotomy then bone graft, then placed implant, Covered window with Collagen membrane fixated with tac then placed L-PRF and closed flap tension free. Implant is Ritter 5x10 Plat 3.5
2)Left Side Versah Protocol (Residual Bone Height 5mm):
Versah Protocol for sinus lift, Nova bone, L-PRF, Tension free closure Implant is Ritter 5x8 Plat 3.5.
So, in this case demonstrated two different approaches for implant placement in the posterior Maxilla based on residual bone height. in the upper right was SA4 and in the upper left was SA3.
