In Anterior/Esthetic
Here is a 35 year old female that I replaced a failing implant on 5 years ago. The first photo is the temporary from that procedure and the final restoration. Seemingly something I could be proud of at that time. The implant was placed a little angled to the anterior before I knew the importance of that. Here is a photo from early this week in early 2020. Note the discoloration showing and the recession. This resembles the case just posted by Dr Salama. Will ACDM be enough to remedy this problem? Long term? Would we expect CT to do a better job? Will a more substantial surgery be in this patients future such as implant replacement?

Thank you Monica! Anyone else think that simple CT graft or ACDM graft will benefit this case? Will it just happen again in 5 years?
