When apex of wisdom mollar has relation with mandible nerve we can do a staged aproach.
After removing a block from buccal we decoronate the 3rd mollar and left in place.
Inflamation makes the molar loose and begins to erupt.
After 6 months the extractions is safer.
Thoughts, ideas?

Very nice and safe procedure. After the cortical bone is removed leave open while erupting?

Also, if there is any infection should the tooth come out or same treatment protocol?

Hi Rocco.
Usually there is no infection on such deep submerged wisdom mollars. If there were I would do the same...The point is avoid nerve damage.
Yes I leave the open the cortical extracted window.

Please tell me what was the reason this tooth that appears to be fully covered by bone ,no communication with the periodontal pocket of the second molar, needs to be removed?
