3D Bone Regeneration of Vertical Defect after failed implant. Bone Graft with local autogenous blocks harvested and secured with screws, PRGF, collagen membrane. Tenting Screws with bone graft attached often can effectively establish the space required for regeneration. Thoughts Dr. Salama

Great approach! Autogenous bone for the future implant sites, at the same time tenting function, donor and recipient site almost the same. Allograft for additional volume and autogenous bone protection...and of course great surgical skills.
How long are you going to wait before implant placement?
Thank you for sharing, can`t await to apply it!

You know I love the "headlight" technique - simple yet effective - What did you consider in choice of technique-
What is interim provisional? fixed ?

Love the case and love the concept of same site harvest. And obviously masterful execution as usual. Look forward to the re-entry here !!
