This case was shown 3 months ago. Now it´s time for uncovering. Different healing patterns: right side is completely covered, and left exposed except one.
Right side: apical repositioned flap (split flap) and left Kazanjian to obtain attached gingiva.
See results.
Today impressions.
Jorge.

Jorge. MAXIMUM RESULT with MINIMALLY INVASIVE approaches! Do you believe the type of grafting material used has an impact on the formation of KT? Great case. Thank you for sharing. Best regards. Chuck

Thaks Chuck. The approach wanted to be less invasive but had a lot of work....
I don´t think that a particular filling can improve kt. That would be a wonderfull news!
Thanks,
Jorge

Thanks Mo, I believe that tissue managment is the key to promote long run healthy periimplant tissues.
Mobile tissues gets problems very quick on lower mandible.
Thanks

Jorge
I really like how you simply managed the left side soft tissue issue...
Salah

Salah, left side was prepared because of flat buccal corridor is a risky factor on periimplant health. We still have to practice Kazanjian or Edlan Mejchar surgeries to correct this issue.
Thanks,
Jorge
