Overpressing of GP while warm vertical condensation

It is always a pleasure to see successful cases. All went to a good end and I can present it proudly. But sometimes something went wrong and the result is not satisfying. Such a case I'd like to present today. I'm curious what the recall brings.

I apologize for my rusty english...I hope you will forgive me.

Best regards

Outstanding video. We learn more from failures and difficult situations than anything else. Typically this is misdiagnosed and therefore incorrectly treated.

Stefan Nice presentation. Was there any need or opportunity to cauterize the resorbed ends with an cauterizing agent?

No. Just gentle copious irrigation with NaOCl and EDTA and passive ultrasonic irrigation. I this manner you do not manipulate the periapical tissue mechanically.
