Non-surgical cementfishing from the periapcal region.

Dear members,

a previously resected upper first premolar has been retreated with a non-surgical approach. The fishing of cement remnants from the periapical region was difficult and timeconsuming. With micro-openers and debriders ( Dentsply ) it was possible to do this. The patient refused any surgical approach. The goal was to remove all the cement remnants and close the wide open neo-apex with MTA. Non-surgical approach.

Enjoy

Best regards
