Very nice! !!
I do wonder though,
before placing the bone why didnt you make cortical holes in the buccal bone?
And did you remove bone tacks?

No arguing with beutiful result though
Well done

On the upper jaw the cortical layer is very thin and I don’t think that it is to important to do perforations in it. On the lower jaw I do it always. Titanium pins I remove only when it not do more traumatically next operation, in this case I only removed palatal pin.
