In Sinus Augmentation
H/O endodontic complication about 8 years ago with Oroantral communication through the root canal of 15. 15 extracted and formal closure performed, followed by 3 unit bridge. Bridge failure. 14 & 16 extracted about 7 months ago. 14 immediate implant. 16- RBH 6-7 mm. Residual Ca(OH)2 from endo 8 years ago still visible in the sinus.
Crystal approach SFE using Novabone Putty cartridge delivery to install a 5X10 mm implant
